Newley opened so the Hotel was very neat an clean.
I had advised check-in time as 1700LT and the Hotel confirmed it for me but when we arrived it took at least 2 hours to check us in. Even after that we had to switch rooms as one of the doors was not working properly and the room key for 1313 Room did not work also. There was something jammed in the lock. The staff were trying to help but a bit clueless and English was not their strongest suit TBH.

Apart from staffs and service it was ok
I like the room, parking
Start from the reception staffs, they are not well experienced, they don’t have enough experience in handling guests, 3 days I stayed in different rooms, 1st day I rchd the hotel 10:30 pm even though the room were not cleaned or arranged the linens, and I got room too delayed, 2nd day while booking i requested for twin bed but they didn’t provide and the attitude of the staff were pathetic, 3rd day no towels, no water in Sathaf, no drinking water, AC not work properly, small glass table leg was shaking, door lock key was not working, etc…… There are many more. But the hotel rooms were good, bathroom and items hotel provided superb, thanks and worth for money, breakfast ok, good
